Shipping & Returns
Parcels will be posted within 5 business days and shipped using Australia Post. Shipping is free worldwide for all orders over $100. Shipping time for standard parcels is up to 2 weeks for international customers and 1 week for those within Australia. The utmost care is taken to ensure your new adoption has a safe journey to you, however in the very rare occurrence something happens in transit I accept returns and a full refund or a replacement is sent, whichever you prefer.
